The design is great, too. They use clean and beautiful blue colors and stimulating orange in the page. It is also in the current trend of web designing: flat design.
However, I hated dontcensorthenet.com. It's terrible.
They don't have any kind of contact information(except the phone number - but we still don't know who they are), and the design looks so bad.
I am also a fan of HowStuffWorks as their articles are usually concise and informative. It was interesting to read about the author's opinion, at the site you provided a link to, about how Web filters could be considered a sort of Censorware if they are in the wrong hands. It was my first time to hear that expression. It's an interesting area to explore.
